Dr. Mohammad Al-Enezi

Dr. Mohammad Obaid Al-Enezi is a Partner Lawyer at Emtithal Law Firm, and a licensed attorney before the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. He has combined legal practice with high-level institutional and military work, having served as Director of Cases and Notifications at the Military Judgment Authority and as Secretary of the Military Materials Procurement Committee (Tenders Committee), and holding the rank of Major General, Legal Doctor. He also chaired the Supreme Committee for National Assembly Affairs and the State Audit Bureau, as well as the Companies Qualification and Classification Committee. He holds a Doctorate and a Master's degree in Commercial Law, and an LL.B., and is a certified arbitrator registered with the Arbitration Center of the Kuwait Bar Association. He currently heads the Lawyers Department and oversees the Execution Department at the firm.
