What we collect through this site

When you send an enquiry or a career application, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, telephone number, company or institution if given, the practice area or role you selected, and your message. When you subscribe to insights by email, we receive your email address.

What we do with it

Enquiries are delivered by email to the firm's general inbox and to the Foreign Front Desk, and a copy of each enquiry is recorded in a spreadsheet the firm keeps so that it can respond and follow up. Applications are handled in confidence by the people responsible for recruitment. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the updates you asked for. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

Service providers

Messages are sent through an email delivery service, the enquiry record is held in a Google spreadsheet, and the form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your browser's characteristics to tell people from bots. This site is hosted by Vercel.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets a single essential cookie-like preference to remember your consent choice. Analytics tags load only if you allow them. See the cookie notice.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to comply with the firm's professional obligations, and are then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data the firm holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to being contacted, by writing to info@emtithal-lawfirm.com.
