Tahany Sarab

Tahany Jassim Sarab is a lawyer registered before the Court of Cassation, who has practised law since 2017 and has managed a private law office in Kuwait. In her practice, she prepares legal memoranda and pleadings, provides legal opinions, and drafts and reviews contracts, and she specializes in criminal cases and in representing clients before the criminal courts. She served as an arbitrator on the Judicial Arbitration Panel of the High Court of Appeal in 2019, chaired the Economic Committee of the Kuwait Bar Association from 2019 to 2022 and the Family and Personal Status Law Review Centre from 2022 to 2023, and has chaired the Small and Medium Enterprises Committee since 2022. She holds a Master's degree in Private Law, a Bachelor's degree in Law from (KILAW), and a Diploma in Commercial Sciences from PAAET.
