Mishary Al-Asousi

Mishary Al-Asousi is a lawyer registered before the Court of First Instance. Throughout his career, he has handled a number of cases relating to labor law, tenancy disputes, and medical malpractice. Following the enactment of the Digital Commerce Law, Mishary has focused on this field from a governance and compliance perspective, keeping pace with the modern legal and regulatory requirements of e-commerce. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from (KILAW), and previously trained and worked at two law firms before joining Emtithal Law Firm.
