Suha Alsahli

Suha holds an LL.M. from the University of Lausanne, with specializations in International and Comparative Law and International Taxation and Policy. She currently heads the International Department at Emtithal, where she coordinates with international law firms on cross-border matters for Kuwaiti citizens and residents, advises foreign nationals and embassies in Kuwait on local laws and regulations in multiple languages, and works with corporate clients on financial crime compliance, including AML, as well as technology, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance matters. Her previous experience includes Big Four tax consulting and boutique advisory work in Switzerland and Kuwait, alongside legal and regulatory work across technology, fintech, AML and tax. She has also lectured at Kuwait International Law School, combining academic work with her international legal practice.
