Joel John Shaji

Joel is a Legal Researcher at Emtithal Law Firm, supporting the firm's advisory, contentious, and compliance practices. His areas of work include labour and employment law, alongside commercial and civil contracts. He advises on cross border matters. Prior to joining Emtithal, Joel trained with prominent law firms in India, developing skills in drafting, legal research, and client advisory. He holds a BBA LL.B. from Kristu Jayanti College of Law, Bengaluru, and is accredited by the Bar Council of India and has appeared before the High Court at Karnataka.
